so, the other day i was at this antique’s shop and i saw a white and old desk. the moment i saw it, i fell in love and thought “if this was turquoise..”. lucky for me, my mom is very wise and generous and got me the desk and some turquoise paint for christmas and thus we spent a whole week transforming the boring-white into a gorgeous turquoise desk. needless to say the effort was worth it, i also think it went very well with the mustard chair my grandma got for my birthday. with some changes here and there [and gladly some drawers to keep everything organized], this is how my desk setting looks like currently and i’m very happy with it!

BR: então, outro dia eu estava num antiquário e vi uma mesa velha e branca. na hora em que vi, me apaixonei e pensei “se fosse turquesa..”. como sou sortuda, minha mãe foi esperta e generosa e me deu de natal a mesa e uma lata de tinta turquesa e assim passamos uma semana inteira transformando a mesa branca-e-chata em uma linda mesa turquesa. nem preciso dizer que o esforço valeu a pena, né? e eu também achei que ficou bem legal com a cadeira mostarda que ganhei de aniversário da minha avó. com algumas mudanças aqui e lá [e felizmente gavetas pra manter tudo organizado], é assim que minha área de escrivaninha está agora e eu fiquei bastante feliz com o resultado!
